Finalists are selected by our panel after extensive research and discussion. Their vote represent the collective opinion.

Our panel members all work in the mobile gaming industry. Potential conflicts of interests are flagged and identified at the beginning of the process and members will recuse from voting when a 100% unbiased vote can’t be guaranteed.

Once selected, the finalists’ names are submitted to vote to the global community. Anyone with an internet connection can vote.

The Mobile Team of the Year honors a team that has had an incredible year in terms of results, popularity, and skill level. They have been the team to beat within their selected game and have been the best in their game beyond a reasonable doubt.

• Has been at the very top of the competitive scene for the previous 12 months and has been the team to beat.

The Mobile Player of the Year award recognizes a competitor who competed in mobile titles over the past year at the top level. The award is judged on the merit of both honors won throughout the year and the skill cap of the individual.
